Dreams

Symbols, Patterns, Designs

Startled upon waking

Refreshed…Optimistic…Hopeful

Weary…Tired…Jealous…Unsure

What was your dream?

Happy…Exhilarated…Confident

Powerful rains flood your mind

Does it touch your spirit?

Stay with you throughout the day?

Disturbing…Scary…Hellish

Not sure why these scenes came to you

Choppy, not making sense

What does this mean?

Come clear, let me understand.

Listen, watch I will reveal

What it is I mean.

What is Possible?

Anything is possible with consistent, authentic belief. Set goals, have something to move toward. Daily, monthly, and yearly goals. Be present and grateful for ALL things in life. Choose to be happy, look on the bright side when adversity arises. Be happy, be the person you want to become right now. Stop the monkey chatter, who cares what others think. Be loving, kind, and generous to others. Be grateful for EVERYTHING! Celebrate ALL things that come your way. Share with others unselfishly. Be present and authentic in your conversations. Be Real and Have Fun! Life is a game, play it to win  not to lose. This will change how you view things. Take action quickly and with confidence know where you are going by setting goals and celebrate the milestones along the way. Be in a prosperity conscious mindset. Only allow goodness and greatness into your soul. Know and do and most importantly be what you want to be. Extraordinary feats have been accomplished through that mindset. Look at our great leaders, inventors, and self-made millionaires. They arrived because of their belief to do so, it’s truly amazing. So what is possible, for you? ANYTHING is possible, if you truly believe in it and take quick, confident action.

A great book to feed your mind on this is The Magic of Believing by Claude Bristol.  Happy Reading!

I believe I can

I know I can

So I am ~Lisa

It’s Up to YOU…YOU control the results in your life

I challenge all of you out there that aren’t getting what you currently want in your lives to take a deep look inside of yourselves. Whether you want to believe it or not…YOU are in control of your own destiny. Yep, that’s right…it’s no one else’s fault for your lack of health, wealth, happiness or what ever it is that you truly desire. That’s the point of this…you probably don’t really even know what you truly desire. Instead of focusing on what you don’t have…focus on the things that you do have and how grateful you are for them. I’m not talking about getting all mushy and crazy over these things BUT acknowledge what you do have. I noticed when I stopped focusing on what I don’t have and made a point to be grateful for the things I do have…I started receiving more of the things I wanted.

Remember the definition of insanity? Here it is to refresh your memory…doing something the same way over and over again and expecting a different result. In order to change your results you’re going to have to change the way you do things. That means being uncomfortable at times…change is necessary in order to achieve greater results.

Have faith in yourself and listen to your inner spirit. That’s your gut instinct…the feeling you get when you know something is right…also known as your sub conscious mind…intuition. Each of us will have a different name for it but it all relates to that feeling of “This is it!” or “It just feels right!” If you start listening to your inner spirit…which I prefer to call it, you will receive more guidance. You must learn to nurture and feed it. I know that sounds crazy BUT it works!

Let’s use a rose bush to illustrate what I mean. I love roses because they represent both love and pain for me. Rose bushes are finicky. They take a lot of TLC. In order to have a beautiful, blooming rose bush you must maintain it. Mare sure that it is properly planted to start, after it has bloomed you must clip the old blooms off…being careful of the thorns, they seem to jump out to prick you if you aren’t careful sometimes even when you are being careful. You must also water and feed it. In the spring, you must cut back all the branches so that it is able to bloom again. You have to pay attention and use caution when you are caring for your rose bush. In the end, the results will be well worth the time and effort…a beautiful rose bush. It is the same with your inner spirit. You must pay attention to what it is trying to tell you. It will guide you if you care and nurture it. The same way you do a rose bush or anything else you are fond of. There will be challenges along the way just like the pricks from the thorns. My advice is to stay the course…focus on the end result you want and BE PATIENT.

Until next time…Keep The Spirit Within~Lisa

What Does Empowerment Mean to You?

Empower-In the mid-17th Century a legal meaning “to invest with authority, authorize” was give to the word “empower”. Quickly the meaning was changed “to enable or permit” and/or “to give someone official authority or the freedom to do something”.-per Heritage & Cambridge online dictionaries

Now days we hear the word empower in many fields. It is widely used in politics, business, religion, psychology, and personal development. Politicians run it to get “the people” (voters) excited that they are going to make a significant change in their lives BUT only with their help (vote). People like to feel like they are part of the big picture. Businesses utilize it as a tool to increase their bottom line. “Happy employees are productive employees.” Many companies put on training seminars, have weekly meetings, and provide books and other training material to achieve this goal. Religion adopts it to manifest miracles into the lives of their followers. Most religions have a higher power that can manifest miracles into a person’s life by following a certain lifestyle. This puts the recognition on the higher power. Psychologist exercise it to release past beliefs, situations, and circumstances. They focus on the reason or root of the problem. Personal Development advocates practice it on a daily basis and apply it to their daily lives. They also empower others and express gratitude. Empowerment is a feeling. It’s the ability to tap into the subconscious mind. Let go of limited beliefs and replace them with affirmations. Seeking only the truth. What truth, you ask? The truth that lies only inside you and that can only be released by you. That is true empowerment.
